The Marblehead Arts Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is a Marblehead tradition! You’ll find books by local authors and illustrators, pottery, jewelry artworks, greeting cards and more! Our greeting cards are created by our members and many are unique to our shop.
If you have not stopped by the MAA gift shop lately, please come down for a look! You will be pleasantly surprised to find new works by artist members, along with an assortment of creative gifts including: unique, sculpted, graphic writing utensils, hand-dipped, drip-free candles in an assortment of fun colors, fun gifts for kids, beaded jewelry, and much more. Also find art by Marblehead’s own Christopher Gurshin, noted folk artist who creates a Marblehead memory in every piece, from cards, prints, and framed paintings, to carved houses, pencil and shaker boxes.
Marblehead Arts has joined with photographer Ulrike Welsch in producing an exclusive 300-piece puzzle from the cover of her book, Marblehead — perfect for family time or gift giving. And, did you know that in 1728 a candlemaker, Greenleaf Hooper, built the Mansion, now home to the Marblehead Arts Association? Our hand-dipped, beeswax-blend tapers are made using traditional methods and come in hues worthy of an artist. In the Gift Shop, you will also find a variety of art supplies ready for gift giving, including sketch books for adults and children, colored pencils, and washable crayons.

Gift Shop hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00–4:00pm and Sunday 1:00–5:00pm (1:00–4:00 pm January 1 to March 1).
